Works to the extension at Caldic were completed on schedule in the spring of 2012 and the facilities are now in full use. TG Beighton continues to work at Caldic carrying out other refurbishment work within the offices.

A 47,000 sq ft production facility and warehouse with 5,500 ft2 two storey office block together with retaining walls and associated external works

Having previously extended the production facility, this project comprised of Design, Construction and fit out of a two storey office extension, single storey amenities block with associated service diversions and external works.

Having first built the food packaging factory, warehouse and offices, we continued with the design and construction of 3 purpose built cold stores over a number of years, some 13m high to eaves, housing a computerised sliding racking system to maximise storage space.

This project at Freeth Street Transfer Station was carried out for Veolia ES, Nottinghamshire and involved the demolition of the existing waste transfer station, the design and construction of the new waste transfer station and associated reinforced concrete pushwalls, ancilliary facilities and concrete yard areas, all phased to suit Veolia’s requirements with the site remaining operational for the duration of the works
