The design and construction of a mixed use development to provide thirteen industrial/warehouse units totalling 45,000 ft2  and five two storey office units giving 6000 ft2  of office space. External works including five metre high retaining walls and reinforced earth banks were neccesary on this site together with drilling and grouting of old mine workings.
